Reports can be submitted—anonymously if preferred—by any party involved in company processes, whether internal or external. They must be adequately detailed to allow for a fair assessment of the facts.

Both the whistleblower and the individuals involved in the reports are guaranteed complete confidentiality in accordance with Legislative Decree No. 24 of March 10, 2023 (which implements European Directive 2019/1937 on Whistleblowing).

Any form of personal or professional retaliation related to a report is explicitly prohibited.
