After its presentation, the new Tatuus MSV-GB3-025 completed its first laps on the track.
While the presentation showcased its pure carbon fiber structure to the world, the first laps on the track provided the opportunity to see the first livery applied to the new Tatuus MSV-GB3-025.
On the “La Pista” circuit, located just a few steps from the Tatuus HQ on the border between Lainate and Arese, where the historic Alfa Romeo test track once stood, the new single-seater completed 25 shakedown laps, entrusted to Lorenzo Colombo. This first outing marks the start of an intense testing phase that will continue throughout the final months of 2024, taking place on the circuits of Vallelunga, Cremona, Vairano, and Navarra.
“It was wonderful to get into the cockpit today," said driver Lorenzo Colombo after the track session. "I'm sure this car will be perfect for developing young drivers who will have the chance to race it, and I can’t wait for the upcoming test sessions.”
